Silver Sponsor Package

Participant shall during and after the terms of the agreement, protect, hold and indemnify Freestyle Entertainment/Records Inc. (hereinafter, “Promoter”) its service contractors, and concert/club venues from any and all claims, damage, and liabilities, (including settlements entered into the good faith with Freestyle Entertainment/Records Inc.) All sales are final and non refundable.
